Small Works Roster

Columbia Irrigation District may solicit competitive bids from contractors on it's Small Works Roster for construction and maintenance projects estimated to be $300,000 or less, pursuant to RCW 87.03.436.

Vendor List

In January and July of each year, Columbia Irrigation District solicits vendors to be added to our current Vendor List. Pursuant to R.C.W.87.03.437.190 the District will select vendors from the list to award contracts including purchases of materials, equipment, supplies, or services up to $50,000 in lieu of the requirements for formal sealed bidding. Contracts awarded through the Vendor List will not be advertised.
