APPROVAL OF AGENDA
Director Thackham motioned to approve the agenda as submitted. Director Ayde seconded the motion. Motion carried.

OATH OF OFFICE
Director Dickenson took the Oath of Office for Division #4.

CONSENT AGENDA

Minutes of January 7, 2022
Director Ayde motioned to approve the minutes of January 7, 2022. Director Thackham seconded the motion. Motion carried.

NEW BUSINESS

Highland Vineyards Crossing Permit
Mr. Weatherly reviewed Crossing Permit #2022-1, submitted by Matt Smith of Tri-Cities Development LLC. The permit is for a potable water line which will service the new Highland Vineyards Subdivision. The line will cross under the Main Canal east of Washington Street and north of 27th Avenue. Director Thackham motioned to approve Right-of-Way Crossing Permit #2022-1. Director Dickenson provided a second. Motion carried.

Joint Board Meeting Review
The review was tabled until the February 4th meeting.

OPEN PUBLIC MEETINGS TRAINING
The Board viewed the Washington State Attorney General’s training on Open Public Meetings and Records.

DIRECTOR DISCUSSION
Director Thackham stated she would like to see the acreage broken down more on the next draft of the new rate schedule.
