To all Patrons of the District:
The District has instituted procedures to expedite the regular monthly board meetings. Effective immediately, the following will go into effect:
- Any patron requesting to be put on the agenda must contact the office, by phone (586-6118) by 4 pm on the Tuesday preceding the board meeting. Not all requests will be approved.
- The agenda will be posted on our website the following day.
- At the beginning of each board meeting, there will be a brief “public comment” period when patrons can make a short statement about any agenda item.
- Once the “public comment” period is over, no further input from the public will be allowed concerning any agenda item, unless otherwise specified.
- Once the final agenda item is disposed of, the meeting will be adjourned with no further comment from the public.
